The DEP is a non-profit project for bibliographic compilation on writers in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Responsible: Dr. Antonio Cajero Vázquez.

The ecosystem of actors in the creative sector of our city consists of more than 40 agents, organizations, and 400 artists registered in CAPO, who primarily participate in the development of the literature value chain, as well as in strengthening other creative fields such as music, crafts, design, film, gastronomy, and digital arts.

Creative Metropolitan Cluster: San Luis Potosí, Innovation and Talent
The Creative Metropolitan Cluster connects creatives from eight UNESCO disciplines with Valencia, Bogotá, and Kansas City. It fosters emerging talent through mentoring, training, and public-private alliances, promoting collaboration, skills development, and international projection in a metropolitan area of 1.2 million inhabitants.

Editorial Hub San Luis Potosí
San Luis Potosí will strengthen its editorial industry with coworking spaces for writers, editors, and designers. Strategic meetings with the National Chamber of the Mexican Editorial Industry and independent publishers will drive collaborations, tax incentives, and events linked to the International Festival of Letters and the Book Fair.

Living Libraries: Archive of Community Memories
Municipal libraries in vulnerable areas will collect community memories through micro-stories, oral testimonies, and photographs. A “Human Library” will allow storytellers to share experiences. Inmates at La Pila will contribute, fostering empathy, social reintegration, and strengthening collective memory through literature.

A multilingual literature program will preserve Indigenous languages like Nahuatl, Tének, and Xi'oi through workshops, bilingual publications, and AI-based learning tools. A "Multilingual Digital Codex" will collect stories, myths, and traditions, fostering intergenerational transmission and cultural preservation.

San Luis City of Readers, in collaboration with Dublin, installs immersive reading modules in parks and markets with audiobooks and animations.
